Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items:
Items that arrive defective, damaged, or not as described are eligible for return or exchange.
Notify us within “7 days” of delivery to report any defects or damages.
- Non-Defective Items:
Items may be returned or exchanged within “30 days” of purchase if they remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
A restocking fee of “15%” may apply.
- Non-Returnable Items:
– Custom-made or personalized instruments.
– Instruments that have been used, sterilized, or otherwise altered.
– Items marked as “final sale.”
Return and Exchange Process
- Initiating a Return/Exchange:
– Contact our customer support team at [email/contact number] to request a return or exchange authorization (RMA).
– Provide proof of purchase, photos (if reporting damage), and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Shipping Instructions:
– Once the RMA is approved, securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
– Include the original invoice and RMA form with the return shipment.
– Ship to the address provided by our support team.
- Shipping Costs:
– For defective or damaged items, we cover the return shipping cost.
– For non-defective returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refund Processing:
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method within “7–10 business days” after the return is inspected and approved.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.
- Exchanges:
– Replacement items will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
